At this stage, my work is primarily centered on advisory, governance, and long-term technical decision-making in regulated and high-risk environments.
Currently, this includes:
- acting as a fractional security and systems leader for critical platforms
- analyzing products, infrastructure, and organizations from a risk and sustainability perspective
- defining technical structures and operating models for teams and companies
- delivering end-to-end solutions through a small, trusted team when execution is required
- mentoring founders and technical leaders on infrastructure resilience and high-impact decisions
I’m increasingly focused on work where clarity, ownership, and judgment matter more than speed or scale.
