At this stage, my work is centered on software architecture and backend engineering in high-stakes environments, with deliberate focus on how applied AI is reshaping the way systems are designed, governed, and maintained.
Currently focused on:
- leading backend architecture and engineering efforts in a high-responsibility, multi-system environment at Ovinto
- supporting architecture decisions in environments combining legacy modernization and infrastructure evolution
- strengthening risk-aware engineering practices within development teams
- studying how applied AI integrates into production-grade backend systems, not as experimentation, but as a structural shift in how software is built
- building a body of writing on systems thinking, architectural judgment, and the organizational causes of technical failure
I'm increasingly drawn to work where clarity, ownership, and structural integrity matter more than velocity.

- trend-driven technical experimentation disconnected from real constraints
- visibility-first positioning or short-term hype cycles
- AI adoption as a checkbox.. without architectural intent or structural accountability
